Quantify is an all-in-one health membership built by root cause medicine experts to help you resolve your symptoms and optimize your health. As a member, you get at-home biomarker tests to identify the causes of your symptoms, a personalized health plan to address the causes, and a dedicated health coach to help you stay on track. All tests are performed by labs in the United States that are certified to meet Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) quality standards. To achieve CLIA certification, these labs are required to meet high accuracy and reliability standards and submit to regular inspection and performance verification by both federal and state agencies.

Test samples for saliva, urine, and stool tests are collected at home. You’ll get a test kit, step-by-step instructions, a container for sample collection, and a return shipping label. Once you’ve collected your sample, you ship the test kit back to the lab for analysis.
Test samples for blood tests require a blood draw by a phlebotomist. When we order blood tests for you, you’ll get an email with a list of blood draw locations near you, based on your zip code. You’ll also get a list of mobile phlebotomy options, if available in your area, in case you’d prefer to have your blood drawn at home.
Tests aren’t included with your membership. As a Quantify member, you get access to 5000+ biomarker tests at up to 75% off retail prices, and we’re happy to order as many or as few tests as you want.
Our tests start at $30, and all tests can be paid for with a three-month payment plan at 0% interest.
You’ll get an email with a link to submit payment once we order your tests.
Your tests are ordered by a doctor after you meet with your health coach, discuss your symptoms and health goals, and the specific saliva, blood, urine, or stool tests you’re interested in.
Your test results are reviewed by a doctor for abnormalities before being sent to you and your health coach, at which point your health coach will reach out to you to schedule an appointment to go over your results and create or further refine your personalized health plan.
Your health coach works closely with you over the course of your membership to help you identify the causes of your symptoms with advanced biomarker tests, address the causes with diet, supplements, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction, and stay motivated to achieve your health goals. All of our health coaches have health coach certifications and extensive training in functional medicine, health optimization, and longevity.
Your health coach can help you to resolve chronic symptoms that conventional medicine is often ineffective at addressing, such as fatigue, joint pain, IBS, weight gain, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, brain fog, anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, acne, and eczema.
As a Quantify member, you get access to 5000+ biomarker tests at up to 75% off retail prices, a personalized health plan based on your symptoms and test results, unlimited updates to your health plan, and unlimited appointments and messaging with your health coach.
Unlimited appointments means that you get as many appointments with your health coach as you want. Some members schedule just one appointment per month, for example, while others schedule multiple per week. Appointments are 60 minutes, and most appointments can be scheduled just 24 hours in advance.
Unlimited messaging means that you can send as many messages to your health coach as you want, so that you don’t have to wait until your next appointment to, for example, ask questions about your health plan, provide updates on your symptom improvement, or celebrate your wins.
Due to regulatory reasons, Quantify membership is currently only available to residents of the United States.
Quantify membership is currently only available to individuals who are 18 years or older.
Our tests are available to residents of 49 states. Due to regulatory reasons, our tests are currently not available to residents of New York.
Your health information is saved to our HIPAA-compliant portal, secured with bank-grade encryption, and only accessible by you and your health coach. We don’t use your health information for any purpose other than to provide dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations that may help you to improve your health.
We don’t accept insurance for memberships.
The specialty labs that we order tests from don’t accept insurance. By opting out of the insurance model, these labs are able to provide significant discounts on their tests—up to 75% off—that wouldn’t be possible with conventional billing.
Yes. To pay for your membership with your HSA or FSA, enter your card number at checkout, just as you would a credit card.
Yes. You can pay for any tests that we order for you with your HSA or FSA.
Yes. You can pay with your HSA or FSA for any supplements that you order from Fullscript, the supplement platform that you get access to as a Quantify member.
We want all of our members to have a great experience, so if you decide that you’re having anything less than a great experience within your first month of membership, we’ll refund your membership completely. No questions asked.
