    All tests are performed by labs in the United States that are certified to meet Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) quality standards. To achieve CLIA certification, these labs are required to meet high accuracy and reliability standards and submit to regular inspection and performance verification by both federal and state agencies.

    How are saliva, urine, and stool test samples collected?

    Test samples for saliva, urine, and stool tests are collected at home. You’ll get a test kit, step-by-step instructions, a container for sample collection, and a return shipping label. Once you’ve collected your sample, you ship the test kit back to the lab for analysis.

    How are blood test samples collected?

    Test samples for blood tests require a blood draw by a phlebotomist. When we order blood tests for you, you’ll get an email with a list of blood draw locations near you, based on your zip code. You’ll also get a list of mobile phlebotomy options, if available in your area, in case you’d prefer to have your blood drawn at home.

    Are tests included with my membership?

    Tests aren’t included with your membership. As a Quantify member, you get access to 5000+ biomarker tests at up to 75% off retail prices, and we’re happy to order as many or as few tests as you want.

    Your health coach can help you to resolve chronic symptoms that conventional medicine is often ineffective at addressing, such as fatigue, joint pain, IBS, weight gain, diabetes, hypertension, asthma, sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, hyperthyroidism, anxiety, depression, insomnia, headaches, acne, and eczema.

    Does my health coach order my tests?

    Your tests are ordered by a doctor after you meet with your health coach, discuss your symptoms and health goals, and the specific saliva, blood, urine, or stool tests you’re interested in.

    What does membership include?

    As a Quantify member, you get unlimited appointments with your health coach, unlimited messaging with your health coach in between appointments, a personalized health plan based on your symptoms and test results, unlimited updates to your health plan, access to 5000+ biomarker tests at up to 75% off retail prices, and access to 10,000+ practitioner-grade supplements at 35% off retail prices.

    What does unlimited appointments mean?

    Unlimited appointments means that you get as many appointments with your health coach as you want. Some members schedule just one appointment per month, for example, while others schedule multiple per week. Appointments are 60 minutes, and most appointments can be scheduled just 24 hours in advance.

    What does unlimited messaging mean?

    Unlimited messaging means that you can send as many messages to your health coach as you want, so that you don’t have to wait until your next appointment to, for example, ask questions about your health plan, provide updates on your symptom improvement, or celebrate your wins.

    Is there a location requirement?

    Due to regulatory reasons, Quantify membership is currently only available to individuals who live in the United States.

    Is there a minimum age requirement?

    Quantify membership is currently only available to individuals who are 18 years or older.

    Are your tests available in all 50 states?

    Our tests are available to residents of 47 states. Due to regulatory reasons, our tests are currently not available to residents of New Jersey, New York, and Rhode Island.

    Is my health information secure?

    Your health information is saved to our HIPAA-compliant portal, secured with bank-grade encryption, and only accessible by you and your health coach. We don’t use your health information for any purpose other than to provide dietary, supplement, and lifestyle recommendations that may help you to improve your health.

    Can I use insurance to pay for my membership?

    We don’t accept insurance for memberships.

    Can I use insurance to pay for my tests?

    The specialty labs that we order tests from don’t accept insurance. By opting out of the insurance model, these labs are able to provide significant discounts on their tests—up to 75% off—that wouldn’t be possible with conventional billing.

    Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my membership?

    Yes. To pay for your membership with your HSA or FSA, enter your card number at checkout, just as you would a credit card.

    Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay for my tests?

    Sign in to your member portal account, and click Request session on the Home screen. On the next screen, click Schedule Appointment, and proceed with scheduling.

    How do I reschedule an upcoming appointment?

    Sign in to your member portal account, and click Bookings on the Home screen. On the next screen, click View details for the appointment you want to reschedule, then click Reschedule.

    How do I cancel an upcoming appointment?

    How do I change the payment method for my membership?
