All tests are performed by labs in the United States that are certified to meet Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) quality standards. To achieve CLIA certification, these labs are required to meet high accuracy and reliability standards and submit to regular inspection and performance verification by both federal and state agencies.

We order tests from the following CLIA-certified labs in the United States:

Test samples for saliva, urine, and stool tests are collected at home. Your employees will get a test kit, step-by-step instructions, a container for sample collection, and a return shipping label. Once they’ve collected their sample, they ship the test kit back to the lab for analysis.

Test samples for blood tests require a blood draw by a phlebotomist. When we order blood tests for your employees, they’ll get an email with a list of blood draw locations near them, based on their zip code. They’ll also get a list of mobile phlebotomy options, if available in their area, in case they’d prefer to have their blood drawn at home.

Tests aren’t included with your employees’ membership. As Quantify members, they get access to 5000+ biomarker tests at up to 75% off retail prices, and we’re happy to order as many or as few tests as they want.

Our tests start at $30, and all tests can be paid for with a three-month payment plan at 0% interest.

They’ll get an email with a link to submit payment once we order their tests.

Your employees’ tests are ordered by a doctor after they meet with their health coach, discuss their symptoms and health goals, and the specific saliva, blood, urine, or stool tests they’re interested in.

Your employees’ test results are reviewed by a doctor for critical values before being sent to them and their health coach, at which point their health coach will reach out to them to schedule an appointment to go over their results and create or further refine their personalized health plan.

Your employees’ health coach works closely with them over the course of their membership to help them identify the causes of their symptoms with advanced biomarker tests, address the causes with diet, supplements, exercise, sleep, and stress reduction, and stay motivated to achieve their health goals.

Unlimited appointments means that your employees get as many appointments with their health coach as they want. Some members schedule just one appointment per month, for example, while others schedule multiple per week. Appointments are 60 minutes, and most appointments can be scheduled just 24 hours in advance.

Unlimited messaging means that your employees can send as many messages to their health coach as they want, so that they don’t have to wait until their next appointment to, for example, ask questions about their health plan, provide updates on their symptom improvement, or celebrate their wins.
